Citywide Planning Fee Increases on July 1, 2019 
Beginning July 1, 2019, the Citywide Planning fee increases from 8% to 11.97%. Planning applications filed before July 1, 2019 will be calculated at the 8% rate.


We're here to guide and assist you in person or by phone.

In Person: 
Come to the Development Services Permit Center, first floor of City Hall, for assistance with inquiries or a project submittal. We issue tickets to meet with a planner on a first come, first served basis. See Hours of Service.

Monday
10:00 a.m.–Noon; 1:00–4:00 p.m.
