Boy Scout Spring Break Service Day

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services’ Volunteer Management Unit hosted a park clean up event for Boy Scout Troop 296 at Evergreen Park and Evergreen Community Center on April 2. Volunteers contributed four hours of community service during their spring break, which included weeding the public art area and adding new wood chips to the front of the center.
